Head Start is a preschool education program to help children ages 3 – 5 prepare for school success. Head Start offers early learning programs, assessments, parenting education, and support. Nutrition education, health and mental health services are also offered. Early Head Start program is a companion program created to address the same needs of children ages birth to 5 and expectant mothers.
