The South Carolina State Head Start Association officers provide strategic leadership, governance, and advocacy in support of high quality Head Start and Early Head Start services across the state. Officers represent the collective voice of federally funded Head Start grantees and work collaboratively to strengthen early childhood systems, elevate best practices, and ensure programs remain responsive to the needs of children, families, and communities.
